Job Summary
Manage the FMIS system to ensure accurate registration, handle incident reports, and extract data for process optimization. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, damage claims, and contact with automotive service providers to guarantee fleet safety. Monitor service delivery at office and branch locations while maintaining relationships with suppliers. Oversee all administrative processes to ensure seamless facilitation workflows. Work alongside a team of six colleagues within a stable family business focused on quality and growth in the technical sector.
