Job Summary
Conduct pediatric consultations to monitor the health, growth, and development of infants, children, and adolescents. Diagnose and manage both common and complex pediatric pathologies using a personalized and compassionate approach. Inform and support parents in understanding and managing childhood illnesses through educational and reassuring methods. Develop prevention and vaccination actions according to current guidelines while participating in health awareness campaigns. Collaborate with specialists in neonatology, pediatric cardiology, and neurology to ensure multidisciplinary patient care. Update medical records and ensure rigorous follow-up for optimal continuity of care. Mentor junior doctors and care teams within a continuous learning framework.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme de Médecin avec spécialisation en Pédiatrie, reconnu en Suisse ou éligible à l'équivalence
- Inscription ou reconnaissance MEBEKO en Suisse ou en cours de procédure
- Expérience avérée en pédiatrie générale et capacité à gérer une diversité de pathologies infantiles
- Sens aigu du relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec les enfants et leurs familles
- Compétences dans la gestion des situations d'urgence pédiatrique
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents acteurs du parcours de soins
