Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Meddys to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, training new staff, managing labor and costs, and upholding brand standards across multiple Kansas City-area Meddys locations. Responsibilities include supervising service, delivering orders, cash and card handling, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring beverage service compliance, training and onboarding trainees, reducing misreporting, and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. must be able to work 50 hrs/wk, nights/weekends, travel to stores in the region, and have legal age for alcohol service. Strong customer service, professional appearance, and ability to manage shift operations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Able to consistently work 50 hours a week
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Maintain reliable transportation and travel to every store location in the region if necessary
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Able to work on your feet for 10+ hour shifts
- Customer service experience
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
