MedCenter High Point ED RN 30K SOBO 11a-11p

Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care, analyzing medical history and diagnostic results to develop individualized care plans. Prepare nursing processes including medication administration and treatments, then reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and a valid North Carolina or Compact state license. Shift runs 11a-11p.
