Job Summary
Set up medications and assist residents with self-administration as ordered by physicians, RNs, or RSDs. Document all medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after administration, ensuring no blanks and recording reasons and effectiveness for PRN medications. Maintain criminal record clearance and pass required health screenings including physical, TB test, and drug test. Obtain or hold current basic first aid certification.
