Administer medications according to physician orders and document administration on the medication administration record. Provide assistance with Activities of Daily living including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating, and ambulation. Conduct change of shift reports, maintain security of medication carts and narcotic keys, and perform required narcotic counts. Assist with housekeeping tasks such as bed-making, linen changes, and bathroom cleaning. Escort residents, coordinate transportation, and respond to emergencies while reporting changes in physical or cognitive status to the Wellness Director.
