Job Summary
As a Med Tech, you will ensure that residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. Responsibilities include medication administration, providing assistance and emotional support to residents, and modeling Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion. The ideal candidate should have a commitment to these values, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least one year of relevant experience, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of Med Tech experience
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure
