Job Summary
Med Tech sought to provide safe delivery and administration of medications while building meaningful relationships with residents in a Watermark Retirement Communities senior living setting. The role emphasizes compassionate care for seniors, memory care experience, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing skill development in assessment, communication, and computer systems. Works in a long-term care/community environment with potential holiday/weekend shifts and a focus on guiding residents through daily care and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of Med Tech training program
- Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech
- Experience working in a memory care environment preferred
- Able to work some holidays and weekends
- Must love being around and working with seniors
