Med Tech position at Watermark Retirement Communities focused on safe delivery and administration of medications, building meaningful relationships with residents, and supporting memory-care and senior-health goals. As part of the NAYA care staff, you’ll contribute to a leadership and guidance role for residents, combining technical medication responsibilities with compassionate, person-centered care. The role requires prior Med Tech training, at least six months in long-term or related care, comfort with holidays/weekends, and strong communication and computer skills to support resident wellbeing and safety.
