Job Summary
Monitor residents' well-being, report condition changes immediately, and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and ambulation. Provide companionship, encourage self-care, and document care consistent with standards. Supervise or assist with activities of daily living, help with assistive devices, and maintain resident room upkeep. Cover the Customer Service desk, answer phones, greet visitors, and support community events. Ensure regulatory compliance, practice infection control, and participate in wellness programs. Work Sunday 2pm-10pm shifts earning $19-23/hr with a free meal per shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED equivalent
- First Aid certification and CPR
- Must meet State training requirements and/or certifications
- Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must successfully pass a drug screen
- Must successfully pass a job specific-related physical
- Must successfully pass a TB test
- Must successfully pass a background check
