Job Summary
Caregiver responsibilities include providing activities of daily living and other resident services per the service plan, assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene, answering calls to determine how to help residents, and ensuring diets meet dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences. The role requires a team-oriented mindset as well as the ability to work independently, and a genuine compassion for seniors. COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not required, with on-site vaccination clinics periodically organized.
Required Qualifications
- Caregiver duties include providing activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
