Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments safely, accurately, and on schedule while observing residents for effectiveness and side effects. Monitor resident health, report condition changes to the nursing team, and assist with activities of daily living as needed. Obtain and record vital signs, maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems, and document care promptly in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Work closely with nurses, caregivers, physicians, and families to support residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, and Hospice settings.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or healthcare settings
- Experience working with seniors, dementia, Alzheimer's, or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic healthcare practices
- Med Tech certification or relevant healthcare certification (where applicable)
