Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications to residents as directed by physicians and nurses, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Assist with daily activities of living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting. Document health status changes and adverse reactions in the facility's electronic health records. Follow safety and infection control protocols. Respond to resident call lights promptly and support nursing staff with specimen collection and transport. Requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility.
