Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments safely, accurately, and on schedule while observing residents for side effects and maintaining accurate records. Monitor resident health, report condition changes to the nursing team, and assist with activities of daily living in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Hospice settings. Obtain vital signs, document care using EMR/EHR systems, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and state regulations. Work closely with nurses, caregivers, physicians, and families to contribute to a safe, clean environment. This part-time role requires a compassionate, dependable attitude and strong communication skills within a fast-paced senior living community.

Desired Qualifications

- Experience working with seniors, dementia, Alzheimer's, or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic healthcare practices
- Med Tech certification or relevant healthcare certification (where applicable)
