Job Summary
Med Tech (Med Aide) needed at Jefferson Lodge memory-care facility. Administer medications and support residents with individualized treatment plans; document results in MAR, respond to family/physician calls, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet resident needs. Requires knowledge of nursing practices, experience with elderly/dementia care, reliable attendance for evenings/weekends, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Will contribute to high-quality resident care and support Cascade Living’s mission and values. Schedule includes NOC shifts with rotation; weekend availability required. Wage range $21.00–$23.00/hour, with benefits including health insurance eligibility, 401k match, PTO, education assistance, and other company perks.
