Job Summary
Administer medications and assist residents with individualized treatment plans while documenting results in Medication Administration Records. Respond to calls and concerns from family members and physicians as directed, communicating vital information to ensure residents thrive. Contribute to customized service plans and work with the clinical team to address resident needs timely. Maintain high-quality care consistency and promote the mission of Creekside Continuing Care.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to resident care
- Previous experience working with the elderly, specifically those with Alzheimer's or other dementia related conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable when it comes to showing up on time
- Flexibility to perform various duties
- Ability to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
- HCA or CNA Certification
- Food Workers Card
- Weekend Availability
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Prior Medication Aide experience
