Med Tech in Training

Med Tech in Training role starting as a Caregiver with a 30-day training to become a certified Med Tech. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), accurately administering medications, observing and documenting residents' responses to medications, maintaining accurate medication records and inventory, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations is required.
