Job Summary
Conduct routine laboratory tests for disease treatment and diagnosis while maintaining BLS certification. Perform related duties requiring excellent communication, listening, speaking, and writing skills. Proactively develop innovative changes to meet current hospital expectations. This role supports East Alabama Medical Center's mission of high-quality, compassionate health care by upholding standards for customer service, quality, and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation with courses in chemistry and biology
- Training in an approved school for at least one year
- BLS certification
