Job Summary
Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene while communicating with healthcare staff to relay resident condition updates and maintain required written documentation. Administer medications according to company protocol and state regulations, ensuring accurate maintenance of Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Transfer of Care Records (TARs). Maintain continuous communication with residents, families, and support personnel to assure their needs are continually met.
