Med Tech | Full-Time position at Harmony Senior Services. Provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents and assists with administration of prescribed medications within the established scope of practice. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures, communicates resident status, assists with move-in transitions and activity planning, and supports nursing staff. Performs housekeeping duties in resident areas, responds to calls and emergencies, conducts medication cart audits, and documents on EMAR/MAR. Requires interaction with residents, families, and team members, and participation in ongoing in-service training and staff development.
