Job Summary
Deliver high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Maintain confidentiality of residents' information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, promote resident rights with dignity, and report all changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor immediately. Complete documentation in an informative manner, attend required education programs, and utilize infection control precautions during all activities. Operate equipment safely, demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures, and report safety violations. Work full-time on the 2nd shift with a schedule adhering to established policies. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course
- Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification
- Ability to express self adequately in written and oral communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
