Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations and community policies while verifying weekly that self-administering residents take their prescribed doses. Perform monthly audits of medication administration records, review error reports, and document findings with required staff signatures. Provide basic assistance with activities of daily living including grooming, hygiene, mobility, and meals, ensuring care is delivered in a safe, secure, and respectful environment. Follow individualized care plans and report discrepancies to the charge nurse promptly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with community procedures and state/federal regulations.
