Job Summary
Medication Technician (Med Tech) for MBK Senior Living — full-time night shift (10:00pm-6:30am) in Antioch, CA. Responsible for documenting, delivering and administering medicines as prescribed, coordinating with residents, pharmacy and physicians, maintaining confidential records, and participating in narcotic counts. Duties include assisting caregivers with daily living activities, ensuring safety and dignity of residents, and complying with HIPAA and state regulatory requirements. Strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy in documentation, and professional, compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or over, or have the proper work permit and work authorization documentation
- Experience handling medications preferred but on the job training is available for candidates with the right attitude and desire.
