Job Summary
Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene while administering medications according to company protocol and state regulations. Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel to relay resident condition information and maintain required written records and documentation. Maintain communication with residents, families, and support personnel to ensure their needs are continually met. Maintain medication administration records (MARs/TARs) for each resident. This role supports a care-centered culture dedicated to brightening the daily lives of seniors through compassion, enthusiasm, and kindness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
