Job Summary
Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene while administering medications according to company protocol and state regulations. Communicate with healthcare staff to relay resident conditions, maintain written records and documentation, and track medication administration records (MARs/TARs). Maintain communication with residents, families, and support personnel to ensure needs are continually met. This role supports our care-centered culture by using cheerfulness and kindness to brighten the daily lives of seniors we serve.
