Job Summary
Med Tech / CNA role at Avamere at Mountain Ridge involves providing resident care, administering physician-ordered medications under supervision, updating service plans, responding to resident calls and emergencies, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating), supporting fellow caregivers, documenting changes and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Required Qualifications
- Active CMA certification
- HCA or CNA license preferred
- Minimum of one-year of experience in a healthcare setting
- High-School diploma or equivalent
- First Aid & CPR Certification (within 30 days of employment)
- Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders
