Job Summary
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and community policy, follow the Six Rights of medication administration and proper documentation standards, and monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects. Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts, report changes to nursing leadership, and support residents with activities of daily living as needed. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements. Requires CMA/medication technician certification (state requirements apply) and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Works full-time in a senior living community, collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
