Job Summary
Pour, pass, and chart medications for residents while performing accurate checks and ordering supplies. Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality by promptly answering call lights and reporting changes in attitude, appearance, behavior, or physical abilities. Complete vital signs, general condition charting, incident reports, and all required paperwork. Attend all training and in-services. Contact doctors and outside agencies as needed. Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards while demonstrating ability to bend, lift, and stand regularly. Hold Med Tech Certificate, high school diploma, first aid, CPR, current physical exam, TB test, and passable references.

- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Ability to conform to requirements of dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Ability to cooperate with other employees
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis
- Med Tech Certificate
- Highschool Graduate
- first aid training and CPR certificates
- acceptable references
- current physical exam and TB test
- pass fingerprint screening
