Job Summary
Med Tech to provide medication administration and resident support: administer medications per charts, assist with ADLs, participate in shift-change communications, supervise shifts to ensure resident care needs are met, assist caregivers during transfers, coordinate with physicians and pharmacy on orders, report changes to physicians/families/leadership, and promote safety and wellbeing. Role requires compassionate, detail-oriented care, ability to work across teams, and strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
