Job Summary
Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide needed at The Bungalows at Springfield East for overnight shift (10 p - 6 a). Responsibilities include medication care administration, monitoring resident health, supporting Wellness Nurse, completing monthly wellness visits and PSP documentation, communicating with Wellness/Executive leadership and resident families, obtaining weights and vital signs, and leading/assisting with resident care. Requires certification as Medication Aide; leadership capabilities and experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred; must be available for weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide
- Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide
- A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times
