Job Summary
Part-time Med Tech (Medication Technician) on 1st shift at Brio Living Services in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per care plans, assisting residents with ADLs, supporting mealtime and hydration, promoting mobility and safe transfers, performing vital checks, maintaining clean and comfortable resident rooms, responding to call lights, and reporting changes to leadership. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year of medication passing experience in a healthcare setting, caregiver experience in long-term care preferred, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and EMAR knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of medication passing experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience as a caregiver in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors or in long-term care
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance
- Knowledge of EMAR systems (preferred)
