Job Summary
Med Surg Telemetry RN – full-time night shift. Sign-on bonus available. Responsibilities include administering medications, recording and monitoring patient data, assessing and adjusting care plans in coordination with the healthcare team, and ensuring safe and competent nursing care. Requires RN licensure, BLS (required), ACLS (preferred), and at least 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience. Unit features include a 32-38 bed med/surg telemetry unit with a fixed RN-to-patient ratio and opportunities for clinical education and leadership support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- RN License (state)
- BLS Certification (required)
- ACLS (AHA) certification (preferred)
- NRP (preferred)
- PALS (preferred)
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year (required)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
