Job Summary
Provide total patient care for both adult and pediatric patients in a 20-bed Med Surg unit. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and maintain patient safety and comfort. Work alongside a charge nurse and nurse aides to ensure comprehensive care delivery. This 13-week contract includes 3x12 night shifts with pay ranging from $1938 to $2335. Candidates must hold a current RN license, BLS and PALS certifications, and two years of experience in Med Surg settings.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS and PALS certifications
- 2 years experience in setting
- Experience with both pediatric and adult Med Surg patients
- Ability to work every other weekend and one major holiday
