Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care while adapting to changes in assignments and status. Provide individualized care using the nursing process, develop and document care plans based on assessments, and respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions. Administer medications including IV therapy with precision, educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Maintain a safe environment adhering to infection control procedures. Requires two years of Med Surg experience, a valid Wisconsin RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. This 13-week contract offers a $1,000 referral bonus, lodging, meals, and comprehensive benefits through Capstone Health.
