Job Summary
Med/Surg Registered Nurse travel contract in Mauston, WI for 13 weeks. Provides individualized patient care using the nursing process; develops and documents care plans based on assessments and diagnoses; responds to life-threatening situations; administers medications including IV therapy; educates patients and families on care plans and discharge needs; collaborates with the healthcare team; maintains infection control and a safe environment. Requires Wisconsin RN license, 2 years of experience, BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within specified timeframe). Travel assignment offers lodging/meals/incidental reimbursement and comprehensive benefits via Capstone Health.
Required Qualifications
