Job Summary
Assess and monitor patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as needed while collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the patient care team, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. This Med Surg RN contract in Mattoon, IL, requires 3 years of setting experience, an active Illinois license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Capstone Health offers personalized recruiter support, lodging and meal reimbursement, and a $1,000 referral bonus for this 8-12 week travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in setting
- Active Illinois/IL License
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
- Weekend shifts required every other weekend
