Med Surg RN (Registered Nurse) in Mattoon, IL - Contract

Assess and monitor patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as needed while collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the patient care team, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Requires 3 years of Med Surg experience, an active Illinois license, and ACLS certification within 30 days of start. Weekend shifts required every other weekend on a 3x12-day schedule. This contract spans 8 to 12 weeks with pay ranging from $1877 to $2262.
