Job Summary
Provide exceptional nursing care to post-operative patients recovering from surgeries such as hip/knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal procedures. Administer medications and manage drips, including PCA and Heparin, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and float across multiple campuses as needed. Requires 2 years of setting experience, active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license, BLS certification, and specific proficiency with PCA and Heparin drips. Required Qualifications
