Med Surg RN (Registered Nurse) in Atlantic, IA - Contract

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg patients and float to the med-surg floor when obstetric patients are unavailable. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about ongoing health needs while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced setting. Requires one year of experience in a similar setting.
