Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg patients while floating to the med-surg floor when obstetric patients are unavailable. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust protocols as needed. Educate patients and families regarding ongoing health needs to ensure safety and comfort. Requires one year of experience in the specialty. This 13-week night contract in Atlantic, IA offers $2,273–$2,738 per week with Capstone Health support, including lodging, meals, and licensure reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Med Surg RN (Registered Nurse)
- 1 year experience in setting
- Must be able to float to the med-surg floor when there are no obstetric patients
