Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, float to the med-surg floor when obstetric patients are unavailable, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and educate patients and families about ongoing health needs. Requires one year of experience in the setting. This 13-week contract assignment in Atlantic, IA offers nightly shifts with pay ranging from $2,273 to $2,738. Capstone Health supports travelers with dedicated recruiter assistance, lodging, meals, and reimbursement for licensure and certification.
Required Qualifications
