Job Summary
Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week contract in Atlantic and Centerville, IA. Provide comprehensive Med Surg nursing care, float to the med-surg floor when obstetric patients are not present, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, and educate patients and their families about ongoing health needs. Requires 1 year Med Surg experience and RN licensure. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license
- 1 year Med Surg experience
- Med Surg nursing care responsibilities including float to med-surg when OB patients are not present
- Ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
