Job Summary
RN supervises nursing care in Med Surg, administers medications, monitors patients, and collaborates with the healthcare team under supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians; must hold an active Arkansas RN license, BLS, and pursue ACLS/PALS within 6 months; benefits include health insurance options, life insurance, retirement match, PTO, holidays, loan forgiveness programs, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities; vaccines required with accommodations as needed; safety sensitive and E-Verify employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in Arkansas
- BLS certification
- Willing to obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices and procedures
