Med Surg (RN) (FT) (NIGHTS)

Deliver direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating patients on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural preferences. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work full-time nights (7:00pm-7:30am) on 12-hour shifts with every third weekend rotation.
