Job Summary
Med/Surg RN contract position for Nights (36 hrs/wk) at AdventHealth Parker, CO. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, documenting data, developing and implementing evidence-based plans of care, administering medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols, coordinating admissions/discharges/transfers, providing patient and family education, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. Requires critical thinking, strong computer skills, and current RN licensure with an associate degree (BSN preferred) and at least 2 years of acute-care experience. BLS required; TNCC preferred. Schedule is PRN nights; facility emphasizes compassionate, faith-based care and patient advocacy.
