Job Summary
Provide direct bedside care to patients in the medical-surgical unit, managing inpatient acute care needs and supporting patient recovery. Deliver hands-on nursing interventions under RN supervision or independently as an LPN, ensuring safe patient outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans. This role offers full-time or part-time day or night shifts with flexible scheduling options. New graduates are welcome to join the team.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
