Job Summary
Provide direct bedside care in the medical-surgical unit, managing patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care under RN or LPN supervision. Deliver hands-on care while maintaining a mission-driven culture rooted in dignity and respect. Work flexible day or night shifts in a supportive team environment. Earn up to $10,000 sign-on incentive for RNs or $2,000 for LPNs.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
