Job Summary
Provide direct bedside care in the medical/surgical unit, managing patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care under RN supervision or independently as an LPN. Deliver hands-on care while maintaining patient dignity and safety in an inpatient acute care setting. Work flexible day or night shifts with full-time or part-time options available. The team values professional growth, offering bridge programs for LPN-to-RN and RN-to-BSN advancement, plus tuition reimbursement and sign-on incentives for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- current LPN license within the hiring state
- meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
