Job Summary
Provide direct bedside care in a supportive inpatient medical/surgical team, adhering to a mission-driven culture rooted in dignity and respect. Deliver hands-on patient management under the supervision of licensed nurses, ensuring safe transitions and compassionate interactions. Maintain current Missouri licensure and required certifications including Basic Life Support, with new graduates eligible for bridge programs to advance credentials. Work flexible day or night shifts as an RN or LPN, utilizing available sign-on incentives and tuition reimbursement to support professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
