Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathroom assistance, bathing, hygiene maintenance, bedding changes, repositioning, ambulation, meal service, and vital signs collection under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Obtain vital signs and support patients with basic care needs in a full-time day schedule. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with vaccination status for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella confirmed or exempted, and flu vaccination during hire season. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
